I downloaded Pro X7 in May after having every version previous. All of my templates and backgrounds are gone and this new version hardly included any. For menu templates, I only have 3-4 options. When viewing tutorials, it appears everyone else has much more. I feel like I am missing a file that was supposed to be installed. Help!
Also, how do I import favorite menu templates and files into this new version so I can use them.

Pro Version
The libraries and DVD Menu templates should be provided with the program.
Some downloads are provided as two files. One for the main program and one to complete the installation, populating the libraries.
Where one download file is provided it will be 2 Gb ish, that will install everything in one go.
If it is much smaller say 1.2 Gb then you should have received two files.
I don’t know if Corel have provided the two file option, but it does make sense given the size and download times.
Can you tell us just what files you have and where did you purchase from?
Ultimate version ---in addition to the main program a separate Ultimate Bonus file will be provided at 1.4 Gb, this installs the Prodad and New Blue extra software.

Was the version you downloaded and installed in May the trial version or the full version? If it was the trial version, then it would have only come with one or two templates, just to illustrate how things worked, and to keep down the size of the download. Activating a trial version with a purchased serial number would not, I believe, add any extra templates etc. This is one of the reasons we recommend you uninstall the trial version once you have tested it, then download, install and activate a full version.

It is Pro version and it is a full version purchased from Corel. There was only one file that installed. I did find something that did tell me about a content file that did install some templates. I just feel like I am missing some .exe files that may have further templates. Thanks for the help!

You do not say exactly how many clips you see in the library.?
Video library I see 21 clips 24 photos and 40 audio clips.
The Text / Titles you should have 34.
FX about 90.
do you see those?
Can you reset your workstation, this is done by re-naming the 17.0 folder to “17.0copy”
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\17.0
This folder structure may be hidden, you will have to change that by Showing Hidden Files and folders from the folder Options – View
Does that increase the library content.
