PSP X6 No Brush Rotation?

I'm trying to use the paint brush and there's no Rotation on the Tools Option Palette. I tried using the Rotation option on the Brush Variance Palette but that did nothing. I looked to see if the option was hidden but the palette is at max size. I'm missing a few more I think if memory from previous versions serves me right. Is there a way to add options to the Tool Option Palette? If not why don't I have a Rotation option?

Rotation is the box after the Thickness box. Are you sure you don't see a little triangle/Arrow to the right somewhere after the Step, Density or Thinkness box? Just enlarging the palette to the right won't uncover hidden options. Look for the triangle/arrow and click on it.
To uncover options, enlarge the palette first, then uncover the options to fit the new palette.
