Please Update Supported Cameras List

Post by JimC »

Guys:

The list of supported cameras in the "Supported Cameras" Tab on the product page at http://www.aftershotpro.com/en/products ... pro/#tab=5 is very out of date.

It doesn't even include camera models from the last couple of updates to ASP 1.x (1.1.0.30 and 1.2.0.7), much less cameras that have been added in 2.x via updates.

Just look at the release notes for ASP 1.x from last years updates, and you'll see that none of the cameras added in the last two updates are even listed as supported in the Supported Cameras tab from the main product page.

Or, look at release notes from ASP 2.x from updates so far, and none of the cameras added in those updates are listed as supported either.

How can Corel expect to sell ASP, if photographers think their cameras are not supported when they look at the Supported Cameras tab from the main ASP 2 product page, even though their camera may have been added as long ago as September 2012?

Someone really needs to update the list with supported cameras, as I've been in involved in more than one forum thread on photography forums where users thought their camera was still unsupported, even though it was added over a year go.

If you wish Corel to take your comments on board post them on their Facebook page.
They do read those postings and sometimes respond!
