How can I fade a title both in *and* out? [x7]

There seems to be a single animation for "fade" that lets you set fade in or fade out but not both. Can someone explain the easiest way to achieve the effect? It seems like a pretty common thing to want to do.

Hi

There is a manual option to setting animations.

First select the Fade option.
Then press the “TT” icon.

You should see an option for CrossFade.

Below the preview screen shows a blue bar indicating the Fade-in/out pause durations.
Float the mouse over the orange triangle to adjust.
