What is Crop Fixup?

After cropping an image, "Crop" and "Crop Fixup" appear in my edit history. To undo the crop, I have to click "undo" twice.

What exactly is Crop Fixup? I undid the crop fixup and saved the image as a new file. The cropped image and the image with crop fixup both have the same CRCs, so it doesn't appear that fixup did anything to the image.

Not that I have an answer, but what version of PSP are you talking about? The only reference I could find was about PSP X5 a few years back, unfortunately without an answer.

CropFixup is a command that is activated at a specific time....exactly what it does is still currently a mystery to me. But essentially it's something internal to the program, and not something done to your image.

A lot of other commands have their own fixup additions. Like the paintbrush, if you use continuous stroke mode there is a button to start a new stroke. Clicking this button runs the "PaintBrushFixup" command. Now obviously PaintBrushFixup and CropFixup do different things but it's specific to fixing up, or resetting, the tool. So don't worry about it.
