How can I reactivate my windvd pro 2010 after reinstall windows 7 64 bit version?
I go to my order page download and install it, but i cannot reactivate, it popup a blank dialogue box? how can i solve it?

Unfortunately I don’t have an answer as to why the window does not display correctly.
We are volunteers and do not work for Corel, try asking the question on the Corel’s Facebook
However from your Corel Account, view your registered products, at the bottom of the list is a link “click here to register additional products”
Select that then try inserting your serial number there.
For what its worth I tried accessing the Corel Guide from WinDVD 2011, first time was successful, then I received an error accessing the page, Hmmm, Alt+F4 closes that window.
I guess there may be an issue with the Corel server/guide
