Agreed the link provided by Robert is the USA link, however the computers from MSI UK are basically the same.
Have a look at the MSI GT60 2PC Dominator
!5.6in. screen full HD
8GB ram (upgradeable)
GeForce GTX 860M (mid range card with reasonable performance)
1 TB hard drive
Optical drive
i7 4800 MQ 2.7 Mhz
The specifications are sadly lacking on exactly what is included in the package, so you would need to contact them for the full specifications of inclusions
My own personal view is that this computer does appear expensive for what you are getting, however that is your choice, there are many other MSI configurations available which you could look at also.

If you have an iMac (I have one also) why don't you download the free trial appyuna1971 wrote:Hi everyone!
Wow..ages since I posted. Well I'm on the lookout for a good laptop on a budget which will run videostudio 7without flaws or any probs.
The laptop is only going to be used for this, as I've got an imac for my other stuff.
I don't really want to go near eBay as I'm just a bit wary of what money I'm paying out and what happens if things go wrong.
I've noticed HP and Lenovo seem decent but concious about making sure I get the right spec to run and edit my vids without problems , for the money I'll pay
Any suggestions/links - would be really grateful.
Cheers
Rachel
for FCPX? After my 30 day trial I purchased it & am very satisfied with the short
learning curve. I am not attempting to discourage you with VSx7, just suggesting
another option.
