Zoom "Click and drag to define area" doesn't
I don't know if this is a screen format/resolution issue or not but with PSPX6, and now X7, on my laptop, the Zoom tool, when using it to "Click and drag to define area," doesn't then display correctly. Part of the defined area is always out of view and I have to adjust the image with the vertical/horizontal sliders which is really, really, annoying.

Hmm yes - tried this out too... I expected to answer along the lines of "if you have a low, wide screen and pick a tall, narrow zoom, then it has to fit the zoom to screen".gluepack wrote:I don't know if this is a screen format/resolution issue or not but with PSPX6, and now X7, on my laptop, the Zoom tool, when using it to "Click and drag to define area," doesn't then display correctly. However, PSP X7 doesn't even place the centre of the zoomed rectangle at the centre of the screen... the size is'nt bad, but I have to scroll to get to the desired area.
So I'd call it a bug, myself.

It would seem this is a bug as it happens for me too. I have to adjust the image after using the zoom tool.

You can also press the space bar and drag the image into position.

Well thanks for the tip, although a fix for the bug would be nicer. However, the space bar causes the cursor to change to a hand, which implies that you could pan, but you (I) can't.
