hi, we have some 200+ high res mp4s, .mov and mpegs and need to output to the highest possible quality for screening in movie theaters. which setting would you recommend? thank you

Are they all going to be compiled into one file?
If so, if you replicate the settings of the highest quality file you have, then this one won't get worse, the others won't get better, but should lose too much in quality as they get upscaled.
If they are all to be shown individually, then choosing the same settings as the individual files will give the best results.
