Will I lose content for X7 if I uninstall all previous X's?
Do all frames, tubes, etc automatically xfer to X7? I have lotsa frames, tubes and extra content and I don't want to lose it if I uninstall several previous versions. How does one xfer this content from one version to the next? Thanks!

Re: Will I lose content for X7 if I uninstall all previous X
By xfer, I presume you mean transfer.
When PSP is installed (most versions) the basic tubes brushes frames are installed with the program and these change very little from version to version.
For example
A basic installation of X7 installs 10 files in the brushes and 10 files in the picture tubes (among others). These are stored in:
C:\ProgramData\Corel\CorelPaintShop Pro X7
Corel_01 and Corel_10
Installing the Creative Content takes it up to 65 files and 155 files respectively.
Installing the Creative Collection further increases it to 179 files and 155 files.
When you uninstall, all these are removed but then added with the new installation.
When you import / add new personal brushes or picture tubes these are installed in another folder which is normally
C:\Users\*name*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\17.0\Brushes and
C:\Users\*name*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\17.0\Picture Tubes
You can find these locations by going to File > Preferences > File Locations and you can see where the program data is saves and your personal data files are saved.
To be sure it may be a good idea to save those files to a backup location.
I new installation of the same version creates those folders if they do not exist but I suspect leaves them there for your data.
A new installation leaves previous versions of those personal files alone.
So I have installed PSP X4, X5, X6, X7 and I have in my documents folders 14.0, 15.0, 16.0, 17.0
Each contains folders Brushes, Picture Tubes etc with personally created brushes / picture tubes done with that version.
I could put all the brushes in just one of those folders and then in my new current working version of PSP add that folder as the one to save new brushes , picture tubes etc. to.
