I sometimes have strange inverted colors (picture and preview and output)
It only happens with raw files (from every camera I use)
It only happens if a switch back to an previous viewed picture. (for example if I would like to copy settings from this image)
No chance to get rid of it by making an refresh or switch from image to another image (the these image get the wrong color too ...).
The only way (I have found) to get rid of it is to close Aftershot and start it again. The the right colors are there again.
And - this is not new - it happens with all versions of ASP and even Bibble 5 (don't remember if it was there if earlier version of bibble). I "lived" with it - but now - ASP2 has other problems and crashes too - I really want to solve this problem.
Does anybody have an idea whats the problem - did anybody have this problem too?
I only notices it on linux (Suse 11.4 and Ubuntu 12.04) - but I dont work much on WIN ...
strange wrong (inverted?) colors - old bug ...?

Hello,
Maybe some problem with your default settings (DefaultRaw.xmp and/or DefaultRendered.xmp) ?
Regards,
J.-Luc

Re: strange wrong (inverted?) colors - old bug ...?
thank you for your answer!
I copied the original raw-default from /opt/AfterShotPro2/supportfiles/defaults/defaults to the user folder.
the files are different (see screenshot) but the bug still exists (see screenshots).
I am wondering what the lines
bopt:hasSettings="true"
bopt:rn_smooth_enabled="true"/>
that are not in the (old) raw default file and are not in camera default file are for?
Second question - if I have a camera default file - then it still makes sense to change the raw default?
I think I should copy those lines in the camera default file?

Re: strange wrong (inverted?) colors - old bug ...?
Hello,
I don't know. Mine are true / false. What happens if you try the ones in the appended rar ?
I use a D700, but I don't think this is much important.
Also, there is a file named "ResetAllSettings.xmp" that I got "I-don't-remember-where" on this forum and that seems to appear in the presets section from the standard tab that you might try as well.
BTW, would you mind sending me one of your NEFs ?
Regards,
J.-Luc
