I re-downloaded and still got this message. Please help!
Just send me the key it's looking for or send me a boxed copy of the program. I've been a loyal Corel customer for a long time please help me out.

In addition, can you tell us if your version of VS X6 was an update version? If so, then you usually have to have the serial number of the previous version (to prove you validly bought the upgrade version) as well as the X6 serial number.

Also where did you re-download the file from.
I did not think Corel provided a download link for X6 since the release of X7, unless you have paid for that option and additional support.
Was your original purchase a boxed version, a disc or download.
View your registered products via your Corel Account, you should be able to see your serial number making sure you are using the correct one.
