PSP X5 Download

Hi Everyone,

I've gone through the troubleshooting as posted by Corel to get my X5 downloaded, but they don't show any previous purchases even though my account (on Corel) shows a serial number and registered product. I did not purchase a boxed set, but did a direct purchase. I need to find the X5 download so I can install it on a new replacement PC. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated as Corel tech support hasn't been any help other than 'please upgrade to X6.'

Sorry I do not know what hoops you have already jumped through to find your download - but it is not always easy to find - can I just check - did you follow the complete procedure which I give in this topic here :- http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=53001&

Thank you for the information. I have followed this procedure before. Despite having ordered it directly from Corel and my order is even listed under registered products.

Obviously, tech or customer support are "unable to help" because I'm simply referred to the same information.

I really don't have any other suggestions as you have already been through tech support - I would suggest going via the Corel facebook page but I think you will just end up with the same tech support crew again
