Crash when I try to delete a tag

Greetings,

I'm trying to remove a tag from a file. When I click the Delete Tag button, the application crashes with the message:

Corel PaintShop Pro X5 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

There is also a dialog box asking me if I want to send an error report to Microsoft.

I get this error on any image that has a tag I want to delete. How can I find out why I can't delete tags?
