I purchased Pinnacle StudioHD 15 for about 3 years ago and I've had problems with it ever since.
I found out it wasn't compatible with my computer, because the program crashes and, somehow, I couldn't get my money back, so I'm stuck with software I can't use.
I'm really tired of looking at it, so I got the idea of selling it.
Unfortunately, I registred the software, but can I sell it anyway?
I have tried the Avid support, then the Corel support, but they all just passes the problem on to Pinnacle support. I can't get in contact with Pinnacle, because they want me to buy a support code......... No way... I purchased the software for over 200 dollars, so it has cost me enough money already.
Maybe some of you know about the rules of selling a registred software?
