How do you replace COOL in compositions?

How do you replace COOL in compositions?

Is there an easier way in version 3.0 or 3.5 or 3D Production studio 1.0.1?

So far editing frame by frame is not perfect. I found the last frame failed to edit for some strange reason. Any ideas on how to do this simpler.
Maybe open a property window to change this value

COOL MYWORD appears in the last frame. Now I could probably erase the frame but isn't there a better way to do this??

i'm trying to understand.
try going to the object manager look for a T that says cool.
