Hello,
While exploring the internet for PSP X6 plugins I came across a free copy of Perfect Effects 8. It had it's own install wizard and proceeded to load onto my harddrive. Is there a way to install it into PSP X6 plugins folder as opposed to having it as a stand alone? Thank you.

Won't work with PSP, only Adobe products, including Photoshop Elements. Also won't run on any OSs except Windows 7 or 8, not XP or Vista.
