Corel Video Studio Pro X7 Unresponsive

Post by RobCharles1981 »

Hi,

As you may know I have Corel Video Studio Pro X7 Ultimate, and I'm trying to put a video together, but I'm running into problems, in one of my video overlay tracks, the video format is mp4, and when I import the video into the timeline it's trying to "Load Wave Data" and then the program becomes unresponsive any pointers please?

Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob

I have had to remove your image from your post because of obscene content.
The site you used to show your image also added quite a lot of disgusting content, please do not use that site again.

You can however create an image of your program and attach directly to your post using the Attachment options at the bottom.

Hi Rob

I have sent you the link you provided in your post to your e-mail address.
I still see obscene content when accessing the site.

I certainly don't want to post the link here.

As I said you can attach your image to the forum whilst composing your post, the attachment options are at the bottom of the panel.

Hi Rob

I have had time to view that image.
Are you able to use the MP4 clip on its own in another project?
Does the clip work ok within the normal edit timeline. NO Sound Mixer?

Can you provide properties of the MP4
I assume the MP4 does contain an audio stream?

Do you have QuickTime installed on the computer?

Are you able to convert the MP4 using another Video Converter program, maybe using the same properties as the MTS files?
