Burning Problems
I have a Plextor PX-716A driver. I downloaded from a digital camera, edited in Roxio, then to Ulead Pictureshow. I have attempted to burn but have had no success. I have updated my Plextor driver to the latest update, removed Roxio from my computer, created a digital image file and still have had no luck. I've been at this a week with assistance from tech support. I need help...any suggestions

What suggestions have the tech support given you and what have you done? Could you give more details about the computer hardware you have (processor, ram hard disk) and the operating system you are using (Windows)...

Bruning Problems
Windows XP operating system w/250G HD with backup 250G. The things I did were recommendations from the tech support including making an image file, deleating Roxio (supposed conflicts), updating the Plextor PF-716A driver. I can view the slideshow on the computer but when I go to burn I either get an hourglass for hours when I enter a disc. I was able to get an image file completed but that also was unable to burn. I like what the program is suppose to do but thus far I have encountered roadblocks everywhere I turn.
