I have used VS for many years and have just upgraded to VS X7 Ultimate. I've always felt that the color correction feature in the program was...not so hot. Can anyone tell me if there is another stand alone product, or perhaps an add-on that works with VS, that is better for things like color correction?
Thanks!

NewBlue has a number of filters which can be used for this. Color Fixer Plus and ColorFast are included in the X7 Ultimate package. Don't they work for you?

Re: Stand alone color correction program?
Hi Ken
Thanks for the reply! Guess I should have dug a little deeper. I very seldom go into the Filters except to use Mercali. I've tried using the options you mentioned and they're much better than the color corrections in VS when I click on the "Options" tab. Now if I could find an easier way to do key framing for zoom and panning! Perhaps there's a Filter for that too. I'll keep digging.
I always appreciate your help. Thanks again!
