This is about the update web page for Paint Shop Pro, not the program per se. I could find no better place to report website problems.

then it goes into an infinite loop redirecting to itself.

Can you explain a bit further what you mean by "...then it goes into an infinite loop redirecting to itself." When I click on that first link It takes me to the page represented by the second link. That page contains the links to PaintShop X6 service packs 1 & 2 and Help files. But the links there correctly begin the download process for those service packs and Help files. In other words, no looping.
There was recently a problem with Corel's North American web site where apparently no one there could access the service packs. Those of us in the rest of the world did not have this problem, but the North American problem was apparently fixed a week or so ago...
Have you just detected this problem? And where do you live?
