64 bit PaintShop Pro X6 running under Win 7
I have a pspimage file that has been exported as a png.
I open the png file and can use the Scratch Remover tool on an area of the image, no problem.
I open the pspimage file and attempt to use the Scratch Remover tool on the same area on the appropriate raster layer and it does nothing.
Why?

Re: Scratch Remover not working with pspimage
The scratch remover works on the active layer, like most other tools. That is not necessarily the layer you see and it doesn't have to be 'visible'. Checked that?

I have had a similar thing happening. The Scratch Remover tool seems to sometimes (it is intermittent) not work at all.gluepack wrote:64 bit PaintShop Pro X6 running under Win 7

I duplicate - Shift+D - the image, Merge All just to make sure and it works fine.
Have no idea why it does that, it doesn't happen very often.

Well, I'm glad that others have the same problem. Perhaps Corel will look at it.
