Printer Choice for printing on DVD's

Post by CalifDude »

On Ebay right now there are Epson R200's for sale for one penny, although the shipping is $29- <grin>

I read another posting from a user that has this model for printing on DVD's. Do you think this is a reasonably decent printer, especially for the price (basically $30- for brand new)?

Thanks!

Make sure the printer comes with the ink cartridges -- the full complement of six (one black, five colors) original Epson cartridges can cost upwards of $70...

I am using the Epsom R310 and it does a great job. The genuine Epsom cartridges cost AU$18.95 each.

Torsten, it's seems at $70 you pay a high price for an Epsom cartridge in the U.S. Thank goodness we don't have pay the Aussie equivalent of that amount. :D

The price of this printer has dropped by AU$100 since I bought mine 6 months ago. It appears a new model is coming out.

That's US$ 70 for all six, not each.
