PaintShopPro X3 Activations Reset-Contacting Corel

Hi all,
I searched everywhere...but had not found any answer :(

I bought several years ago a copy of PaintShopPro X3 i changed pc several times, changed operating system. Simply formatting everything...

And now...unexpectedly.. my totally legit copy of PSP X3 can't be used any more.

I am trying to contact Corel, but...i have not found a single way to accomply this so difficult task. Someone say that i should e-mail them...if only i could find an e-mail address!!!

Can someone help?

To re-activate a download version:
If you have reached your activation limit and want to install the software on a new computer, you will need to buy priority support.
The cost is $19.00 US.

Thanks for the answer :)

I tried, but unluckily when the activation key is "burned" for the product that are unsupported, they told me by chat that there is no way to reactivate...

We support current program versions and one version back only. We now have “PaintShop Pro X6” which is the latest version of the program.
NAME: Would you rather consider purchasing the latest version of that software?

NAME: My apologies but again, PaintShop Pro X3 is not a supported software anymore so our technical team wont support it even if you have a priority support. It is best to purchase an upgrade to X6.
You: Hi! Since the activation key is verified therefore a software exists that should be configurable and accessible somewhere...

By the way the guy with which i spoke was totally kind,
i omit any further consideration or i would be banned from the forum in less than 1 second...the same applies for actions that i'll never do again after today...
