Create "Real" DVD Menus

Does anyone out there know how to make non-thumbnail menus using this program. I like the menus that mass produced DVDs have where you highlight text instead of a picture. Does this program have that capability? If not, does anyone know of alternatives.

I am running DVD MovieFactory 3 Disc Creator (not trial version).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
