Blu-Ray rendering errors

I recently up graded form VS X4 (running without problems) to VS X7 Ultimate.
At first I fund VS X7 would not run using the on board video chip set.
Install MSI NX8500GT video board now OK but when rendering to Blu-Ray disk or hard disk
VS X7 fails with an error message (Debug Assertion Failure, Line: 155) about half way through the process every time.
Corel customer support indicates this is a problem with my system only.
They tested my video clip and did not find any issues.
Product specifications do not show any special requirement for the video board.
Can someone recommend a known working video card that I could try?

Video card NX8500GT with the latest F/W
LG Blu-Ray burner with the latest F/W
VS X7 Ulimate 64 Bit with the latest patches
