Do I get (or lose) anything extra if I install the full version of X7 instead of just upgrading my X6 ?
Thanks,
upgrade or full version of X7 ??

X7 is the upgrade to X6
Have a look at:-

Which will give you the comparison.

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.

Absolutely no difference at all - it is EXACTLY the same programme
The upgrade does NOT upgrade your X6 - it just installs X7 alongside of X6 - so you will have two versions on your computer - which is not a problem some of us have 4 or more versions installed.
The ONLY difference between the upgrade and 'full' version is that you get the upgrade cheaper as an owner of X6

Re: upgrade or full version of X7 ??
The question was about how is the best way to get X7. I asked if getting the full version was in any way better or worse than just installing the upgrade to X6. Disregard any price difference.Terfyn wrote:X7 is the upgrade to X6

Re: upgrade or full version of X7 ??
Hi
When you install the upgrade version you may be asked for the serial number of a previous version as proof of ownership, in your case X6, then you are asked for the X7 serial number.
If X6 is already installed then that would be proof and you only have to provide X7 numbers.
I guess I am saying keep the X6 number safe.
