Corel VSX7 App crash module ntdll.dll

Hello, I decided to start a new topic, even though some discussion has been made on application crashes but somewhat mixed with other topics, and only addressed by members.

After being working with VSX7, and having installed SP1, the following error message repeatedly appears when rendering DVD format. I haven't changed video/images source. It started some time after having installed SP1.

I have already uninstalled VSX7 and SP1, and reinstalling VSX7 only didn't fix the problem.

This was because this is a user-to-user forum. We may use the Corel servers, but none of us here is a Corel employee, and Corel executives very seldom visit us. We are all users like you who volunteer their time to try to help out others.

As such we have no real idea what those App Crash module messages really mean. That being said, I note that yours refers to VS X7 version 17.0.0.249. Have you applied Service Pack 1 to the program? That would give you version number 17.1.0.22.

Moreover, the Name of the Module with Errors is NTDLL.DLL. A Google search using that as the parameter reveals many people getting the same problem with a wide variety of programs. So it appears that VS is not the culprit but Windows... But you would need to do your own Google search to see which possible solution might work for you.
