Email photo always defaults to MS Outlook Client

I want to email a photo from within PSP. I click on the email button on the "file" menu in PSP, and it automatically opens the Microsoft Outlook email client. I do not use Outlook, and only use the Thunderbird email client. The Microsoft client is present as part of my Office 365 subscription, but I've never configured it. I have set Thunderbird to be the default email client from both Windows 7 default settings and from within Thunderbird. PSP ignores those settings and continues to open only Outlook. Even Microsoft applications honor the system settings for default email client and open Thunderbird when I want to mail something from within an app. Am I missing some configuration option within PSP?
