Since 2.0.2.10, ASP takes (actually) from 1 to up to 3 minutes to start.
So, most of the time, I launch it and go doing something else - yes, the good old coffee cup times !
Jokes apart, I ended deleting the log file, launch ASP, waited for it to start, then closed it, did this twice and opened the log file hoping I would find something obvious.
Unfortunately, I must admit hebrew would be more sensible than what I could read there.
So, before I dare monkeying it, I attached the log file here, in case someone might have a look at it and help find what can be wrong with it.
