Burning problem

Burning problem

I have put some video clips together to make a dvd to send yo a friend, but when it gets to the end of the burning process I get a message saying Data buffer underun.The computer may be too busy with other tasks ( I do not have anything else running on the computer) or may not have enough power to keep the specified burning speed. The disc when I take it out of the burner will play on my computer but will not play on my DVD player. Can you please enlighten me as to what the problem might be.
