VS-9 Pan and Zoom ?

When I looked at the new features demo on the Ulead website it states that you can now Pan and Zoom Videos and stills.
I was looking at the instructions to find out how to Pan and Zoom a video, and I can't find anything on it. All I can find is how to Pan and Zoom a still.

Can someone tell me if Pan and Zoom on a video is possible and where can I find the instuctions in the User Manual.

it is possible, the filter is called video pan and zoom, located near the bottom of the list. I just took a quick look at the manual, and from what I can see, it isn't there. It works almost exactly the same way as the image pan and zoom, except it is over a video, not an image.
