I'm currently evaluating two plugin suites: Nik (now Google?) and Topaz. Topaz work fine independently with master program to select any of the 14 plugins and you can also access them within PSP X6 (both 32 and 64 bit). I can run NIK as stand-alone programs (there's no master program to integrate them), but while they show up in PSP, I get an "access violation" popup and PSP crashes. Any clues as to what causes this?
PSP X6 SP2 32 & 64. Win7 64bit. i7-3820, 16gb.

Re: Plugin Woes
I've used Topaz Plugins for several versions of PSP up to the current X6 64 bit. They work well.

Re: Plugin Woes
I contacted Nik and while they were once bundled with PSP, they now no longer support it. So, a script will likely work to get to the stand-alone Nik programs, but without a compelling reason (ie, nothing else even comes close) to go with Nik, I've decided to pass. Topaz has a nice stand-alone integrator and also works well as a plug-in (both 32 and 64 bit). Now if they'll buy into the the fact I qualify for an educational discount ...
