X7 skin smoothing feature?

X7 skin smoothing feature?
I'm currently still on X4. To smooth the skin (gloss over blemishes) of subjects in the video I use the 'deblock filter' which gives a so-so result. I was wondering if the latest X7 has any better way to do that.
