repeating the same video

hey all,

I am new this program and I am trying to make a dvd slideshow for my girlfriends 21st. I have added all the images without a problem. I am having difficulty making it repeat though. Once it reaches the end of the dvd it just stops. There are no menus or other videos.

I want it to repeat from the beginning once it reaches the end. I have tried figuring it out by myself, including using the help file but have had no luck.

Hope someone can help!

In the menu button that plays your slideshow -- there should be a Playlist feature. Add a LOOP point to the playlist, and make sure your slideshow is between the Loop Start and Loop End points

I haven't tried this, but I think it may work.

1. Put a 1 sec black "clip" in first play and your video in 2nd.
2. Make a black background menu with an invisible button pointing to the beginning of your video
3. Make the invisible button a default start after 1 sec
4. Drag the menu back to the end of your button playlist.

You will have a 2 sec black screen when you insert your DVD before you see the beginning, and a sec black pause when it ends before it restarts.
