Hi there.
I've just upgraded to ASP2 on Linux, and I'm slowly getting used to it (I think?) but there are still a few... annoyances. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
1) I have a dual-monitor setup. When I hit the Maximize, ASP spans both monitors. I'd prefer it do what every other application does and resize to fill one monitor. I really don't want to be looking at half of my photo on one monitor and half on another. Is there a configuration setting for this?
2) The horizontal scroll bar for the Directory View has gone. When you've got a folder several layers down (in my case "/mnt/nfs/photos/<year>/<date> <subject>"), it's not possible to scroll right so the folder names are visible...
3) Is there any way to move the thumbnails from the bottom back to the top?
4) Can the flags and stars on the thumbnails be made more visible, and perhaps display the filename on them? The tiny little ones are a pain to see when you're leaned back in a chair skimming through a bunch of photos...
Cheers,
Phil.

It's still there, as it also was in ASP 1, at the bottom of the directory list, but not where it should be, at the bottom of the window.philpem wrote: 2) The horizontal scroll bar for the Directory View has gone. On my system, ASP starts scanning and building thumbnails when I enter a new directory. As soon as ASP starts doing that, the horizontal scroll bar disappears and doesn't reappear, even after the scanning/thumbnail building has finished.lundbech wrote:It's still there, as it also was in ASP 1, at the bottom of the directory list, but not where it should be, at the bottom of the window.philpem wrote: 2) The horizontal scroll bar for the Directory View has gone. Back before I gave up on AS2, I solved this by enabling only one monitor, telling it to go full screen, and then re-enabling the other. Hardly ideal, but it worked.philpem wrote: 1) I have a dual-monitor setup. When I hit the Maximize, ASP spans both monitors.
