Pro X3 on new Computer, serial not accepted

Hi,

I bought a new computer and want to re-install my ProX3 there. The aktivation-process doesn't accept my serial no. Says serial no. already in use, or something like that. I uninstalled the version from the old computer before.

What can I do now???

Was your X3 bought as an upgrade from X2 or an earlier version? If so, you need to have the serial number of the earlier version so the X3 installation process can check that you qualified for the upgrade price.

Hi Ken,

it was no upgrade. I bought the X3 version once. I installed it on one computer, than bought a new computer an want to install it there. The process doesn't accept my serial no. (I uninstalled the software on the old computer). I cannot find any email-adress for the corel support. Do you have an idea?
