Yesterday, upon starting ASP, it informed me that my trial licence has expired - when in fact, I have been using ASP1 with a bought licence for years! Maybe with the announcement of ASP2, the trial licence countdown got triggered? (Btw, I have yet to install ASP2, trial or full licence.) Luckily, re-entering the licence code from back when I bought ASP1 let me continue to use the program.
(Also sent to the monkey.)
ASP2 announcement expires ASP1 licence?
Re: ASP2 announcement expires ASP1 licence?
Oh, and btw: Is there a way to disable the "upgrade now" notes that I see with every ASP1 start? By now I'm fully aware of ASP2 being available, but for the time being, I'd prefer using the ASP1 I've paid for, without those unasked for ads.

Re: ASP2 announcement expires ASP1 licence?
I do not see any notifications form AS1 that my license is expiring.
The update nag screen can be disabled in preferences->General.
cheers

afx ... I have licensed ASPro2 and will keep V1 as well, but the 'nag' was annoying. Got it off now, tnx for the tip.

Re: ASP2 announcement expires ASP1 licence?
Btw, later I noticed that my Noise Ninja licence for ASP had also been expired.
Luckily that also could be fixed by just re-entering the licence info.
