Mask Chroma key "insufficient memory" on ver X6 and X7

I finished set up both Corel video Studio X6 and X7
But i have an error with Mask Chroma key that "insufficient memory" on ver X6 and X7
my laptop is HP Pavillon dv4 : Ram 4GB, intel duo 2Ghz, 64bit, Rom 500gb.

If you get this error in both X6 and X7, then my guess is that VS needs more RAM for the features you are using. From your image it appears that your project is really small. You can package your project, and place it on some server so that some of us with more powerful pc's can check to see if our systems also fail... Al

so how can i fix this error? upgrate my ram and rom???

I checked my system on the adobe website, it's okay!

I can render video file normaly... it's only problem with Mask Chroma key...

The image you provided seems quite confusing, there are several boxes showing that should not ne there. (Customised Motion—Enter Exit on direction and styles –Customise Filter –Alignment options)
Is that what you see or have you edited the image.
This is what I see, without the error of course

If you do not see similar to this then I would suspect your graphics driver, certainly the workstation is not displaying correctly.
