Help ..... How do I embed image details in Paint Shop Pro 7.

Post by flame »

Hi All;

I have been using Paint Shop Pro for some years now and am very happy with it. I know its old, but the version I am using is Paint Shop Pro 7.04

I was recently asked by a friend to upload some images to his company Facebook & flickr accounts

He asked that I "Embed" the captions in the pictures because he said, Facebook can read the captions from the image and it will save him huge amounts of time.

Sadly, I have no idea how to do this and do not want to let him down

Can anyone help or offer advice please, it would be very much appreciated

Thanks in advance

I don't know if this has been improved or changed since version 7.

But go to Image -> Image Information.

This should bring up a dialog with all of the information for the image, including Author, Date Created, Image Title, Copyright information, and Description. The Description is the caption. So fill out the description in this dialog and save the image. Then give him one as a test to see if it took.
