Thanks Trevor for the forcing VS to recreate the 17 folder; it appears they are still in the same folder structure as you write. That stopped the stream errors I was getting.

I re-installed the 32bit version; I gave up on the 64bit version sometime ago because of filters... Al

Yvonne, I think the instructions for the 32bit show the incorrect folder (it shows the 64bit folder)... Al
