Hi,
I have a "little" problem with Corel support and product registration.
When I try to register Aftershot Pro 2 the product registration return: The serial number format you have entered is incorrect.
Now then I go to support to get help but I can't get help until I have registered the product.
So any ideas how to contact Corel "support"?
Cheers,
Hans

Re: Endless registration loop ASP2
Hans, I'm in the same boat. I get the serial format error and can't find a way to contact support.

I had the same problem, but used the online chat support. Problem fixed in 5 minutes.
But I just went to the Corel site & don't see online chat support now. Is it only available during tech support hours? Also, I'm registered with Corel for other products, which might make a difference.

Not intending to pile on, but just noticed this post and can't help but express my frustration with Corel's failed attempt to provide online customer support regarding "registration". I got caught up in that "registration" loop trying to figure out why ASP2 wouldn't work and began blaming myself. Now I see I'm not the only one. Good to know I still have a few working brain cells.

Re: Endless registration loop ASP2
Thanks for your help.
I'm in Denmark so a call to technical support isn't cheap but I will give it a try.
It's so stupid that it's not possible to write a email to support about this kind of issues.
