When I add a custom set and fill it with the fields I need (moving them from the left to the right), I can then not order them in my new set.
When I move them up or down, the field is copied, not moved. When I then delete the one in the wrong place, it deletes the copy and the order is still the same as it was before.
Is this a bug?

Bug...
You can edit the file (metaDataSets.xml) manually once you've copied over the relevant data.
It is in the appropriate locale directory in your user folder.
cheers

Re: Can't change order of metadata fields
Ok, thanks, I will do it manually then. I assume this will be fixed whenever a new version comes out? Saves time

No idea where on the priorities list this sits...
But generally, stuff for which a workaround exists is lower on the priority than stuff that has no workaround.
