ASP2 Batch Output Hangs

Post by bananahead »

If I do an export of more than a few images then ASP2 hangs after about the third image. I then have to cancel the export and end up exporting one at a time. I have tried this with a number of batches and it is consistent.

OpenCL is switched off.

Does anyone else have this problem or possibly a solution?

Try starting a batch before you go to bed and let it hang. After 8 hours or so it will finally process the third image and zip through the rest. After that it should perform alright, even after restarts. At least that's what happened for me in the Beta. Your mileage may vary.

Do you have the latest driver for your Nvidia graphics card?

I had lots of problems using OpenCL -- crashes galore, so turned it off. But updating the Nvidia driver helped, so I could turn OpenCL back on, and all works smoothly.
