Installation issues-X6 Ultimate

I downloaded the X6 ultimate version from Corel and having installation issues.
When I double click "PaintShop_Pro_X6_Windows.exe", it extracts to a temp folder and it open the license agreement window.
On top of the license agreement window, It asks to enable the active X control and accept "Yes" .
At the bottom of the window, the "Next" button is greyed, even after accepting the agreement.

AM I doing something wrong.
I already have X4 installed on my computer.
I am using Windows 8.1 64bit

If you have just purchased PSPX6 ultimate then you can contact Corel direct who will help you with the problem of installation.

There is no direct support even for fresh buyers/users
I had X4 and bought x6 ultimate two days ago.
I can install all other programs and why only "Paintshop"
To submit an online problem, asking for support number and without registration, how can I get the number.
Corel should have a phone support for these type of problems

They should, but they don't cuz they suck.

Maybe there is some hidden crap window behind the main install that won't allow you to continue until it is completed.

Hopefully by now you figured it out or returned it for refund.
