PSP X6 takes 5 minutes to load workspace

PSP X6 takes 5 minutes to load workspace
I just bought x6 and I'm finding that it takes forever to load. The hourglass just spins and spins. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to load. I've done the update and still the same. I have x5 and I don't have this problem with it. Need help to get this solved, please.
