I tried using ASP2's Red Eye Correction but it didn't seem to do anything. When I exported the image to JPG however that version showed the red eye had been corrected even though the 'corect' image still shows red eyes in ASP2.
Have I missed something?

Seems to be OK now!
It may have been conflicting with mbRedeyes plug-in which had been applied to the image earlier but then removed.
