I can't open my psp

Post by Birgitroskilde »

Hey.
I have win7 - 64 bit system.
I have a problem - if I close pspX6 down and I later want to open it again it will not open .I have reset the psp.
Has anyone experienced this problem and is there anyone who can help?
Thanks in advance!

When you close PaintShop Pro, have you checked the Task Manager to see if it's still running in the background?

If it's still running then a new instance isn't going to start. You need to forceably stop the current process before you can start PSP again..

I don't have X6 so I don't have an answer but a question. In X4, menu File/Preferences/general program preferences/Manage there's an option 'Allow cataloging to complete after exiting the application'.

I turned this off because it left PSP active in the task manager after closing the program. Might that be the problem here?
