m43 lens correction in Aftershot 2

I have fixed various problems in the lens profiles for m43 - i.e. profile_micro43.txt and profile_olympuslenstable.txt.

Hope these changes can be helpful to others and the they will be included in a future update to Aftershot 2

The following has be corrected:

Added Panasonic GF3 camera
Fixed inconsistent naming of lenses between profile_micro43.txt and profile_olympuslenstable.txt
Corrected groupname to micro43 in profile_micro43.txt for some lenses
Added Sigma 30mm lens
Added profile for Olympus 12-50mm based on other posting in this forum

I don't own the 12-40 so I can't verify if it works.
