ProDAD Mercalli not included in Pro X6 Ultimate

I have Corel Videostudio Pro X6 ver 16.1.0.45 installed but dont have the ProDAD effects. From what Ive read online they are supposed to be included with Pro X6 Ultimate. My Corel account registered products says I have a license for Ultimate so I should have the ProDAD features correct? Is there a download/patch available that I missed? I specifically need the stabilization feature for a project Im in the middle of. Thanks in advance for helping me get this software in Videostudio.

Yes you should have not only Mercalli but New Blue, Pro-Dad and Boris as well

Did you install from Disc - if so you have a second disc which needs installing.

Did you download from the Corel site - in which case there is a second download which is around 1.5Gb - you would have had a link to that download in the e-mail which gave you the link to the programme download - depending on how long ago you purchased that may still be valid, but if not you should be able to download it by going via your account (where your registered products show) on the Corel.com website.

Thank you for the quick response. From my Corel account page under registered products: 2013-08-02 Corel VideoStudio Pro/Ultimate X6. I did download from the site and I searched my email but did not find one with an additional download link. There is no download link listed on the registered products page either.

"Scroll down to "Your Order Status and History" section and click the link of the Order number corresponding to the product you want to download or re-download.
Your Order Confirmation will display with the link to download / re- download your software."
I tried this but all that is listed a X2version I bought back in 2010.

Did you buy and download the programme from Corel - if you did your order should be showing under your orders ?

Looks like I got this from Amazon, I found the order email. This is what was purchased from Amazon, VideoStudio Pro X6 [Download] [OLD VERSION]. Am I out of luck for getting ProDAD on this version? If I upgrade to Prox 7 will I get the ProDAD effects and will I be able to open the current X6 project in X7? Thx again.

The further download only works if you purchased direct from Corel - So are you now saying that you do NOT have the Ultimate version ?

Yes you can upgrade to the X7 Ultimate version and you will then get all the extras.

Yes all X6 projects will open X7

Yea its confusing because on the Corel registered products site it lists the software I bought from Amazon as Ultimate. When I open Videostudio, it doesnt say Ultimate anywhere in the software program info.

Just a little back story, I bought this from Amazon for 40$ last year and was never able to get it working with the video files and Corel wasnt able to figure it out. I gave up on it until this week when I tried loading some files from the same camera and it works. Maybe an update fixed it.

Anyway I'm still not sure if I am suppose to have these ancillary effects or if I need to just do an upgrade to ProX7 Ultimate.
